En cierta medida, puede ser beneficioso al ayudar a mantener la concentraci\u00f3n, la energ\u00eda y la capacidad de afrontar desaf\u00edos laborales. Tambi\u00e9n act\u00faa como un mecanismo para ayudarnos a mantenernos alerta durante presentaciones. Adem\u00e1s de prevenir accidentes o errores costosos en el entorno laboral actual, con sus largas jornadas. Con plazos ajustados y demandas crecientes, es com\u00fan sentirse preocupado y extenuado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro lado, cuando el estr\u00e9s afecta nuestras capacidades y sentimos que no podemos afrontar diferentes situaciones. Deja de ser \u00fatil y comienza a tener efectos nocivos en la salud mental y f\u00edsica afectando nuestra vida laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque no podamos controlar completamente el entorno laboral. Esto no implica que uno carezca de poder, incluso en situaciones desafiantes. Cuando el estr\u00e9s laboral est\u00e1 afectando el rendimiento laboral, la salud o la vida personal, es momento de tomar medidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Causas m\u00e1s comunes del estr\u00e9s laboral.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el IMSS, el 75% de los mexicanos padece fatiga por estr\u00e9s laboral. Entre las causas del estr\u00e9s laboral encontramos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trabajo a un ritmo acelerado y presi\u00f3n por cumplir con los plazos.<\/li><li>Reducida autonom\u00eda en el ritmo de trabajo, con implicaciones tambi\u00e9n en riesgos f\u00edsicos.<\/li><li>Limitada participaci\u00f3n en la toma de decisiones.<\/li><li>Escaso respaldo por parte de compa\u00f1eros y superiores.<\/li><li>Insuficiente avance en el desarrollo profesional.<\/li><li>Incertidumbre en el empleo.<\/li><li>Jornadas laborales extensas.<\/li><li>Remuneraci\u00f3n insuficiente.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las se\u00f1ales de advertencia de estr\u00e9s en el trabajo?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debemos estar atentos de las se\u00f1ales que podemos estar proyectando nosotros mismos o nuestro equipo de trabajo. Entre estas se\u00f1ales, encontramos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dificultad para concentrarse.<\/li><li>Aumento en la irritabilidad o cambios de humor notables.<\/li><li>Disminuci\u00f3n del rendimiento laboral.<\/li><li>Ausentismo frecuente o llegadas tard\u00edas.<\/li><li>Cambios en los patrones de sue\u00f1o, como insomnio o somnolencia excesiva.<\/li><li>Aparici\u00f3n de dolores de cabeza o malestares f\u00edsicos recurrentes.<\/li><li>Aislamiento social o falta de participaci\u00f3n en actividades de equipo.<\/li><li>P\u00e9rdida de inter\u00e9s en las responsabilidades laborales.<\/li><li>Aumento en el consumo de alcohol o tabaco.<\/li><li>Expresiones de ansiedad, preocupaci\u00f3n excesiva o desmotivaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consejos para vencer el estr\u00e9s laboral.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Independientemente de la naturaleza estresante del trabajo, existen diversas estrategias para reducir los niveles generales de estr\u00e9s y recuperar el sentido de control en el entorno laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efectivamente adopta un enfoque proactivo en tu trabajo. Cuando nos sentimos inseguros, impotentes o sin control, experimentamos niveles de estr\u00e9s elevados. Aqu\u00ed te nombramos algunas acciones que puede llevar a cabo para recuperar el sentido de control sobre su trabajo y su trayectoria profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comun\u00edcate con tu superior:<\/strong> Com\u00e9ntale sobre las condiciones espec\u00edficas que est\u00e1n afectando tu desempe\u00f1o laboral. Los empleados que se encuentran sanos y satisfechos tienden a ser m\u00e1s productivos. En efecto por lo que tu empleador tiene un inter\u00e9s en abordar el estr\u00e9s laboral siempre que sea posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aclara la descripci\u00f3n de tu puesto:<\/strong> Solicita a su supervisor una descripci\u00f3n actualizada de sus tareas y responsabilidades laborales. Es posible que descubras que algunas de las tareas adicionales que has asumido no est\u00e1n incluidas en la descripci\u00f3n de tu puesto, y puedes se\u00f1alar que has estado trabajando m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los l\u00edmites de tu rol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Solicitar un cambio de \u00e1rea:<\/strong> Si la empresa es lo suficientemente grande. Tambi\u00e9n es posible que pueda escapar de un entorno laboral t\u00f3xico transfiri\u00e9ndose a otro departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busca nuevas responsabilidades:<\/strong> Si ha desempe\u00f1ado exactamente las mismas funciones durante mucho tiempo. Solicita la oportunidad de probar algo nuevo: un nivel de responsabilidad diferente. Por ejemplo un territorio de ventas distinto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tiempo libre: <\/strong>Toma unas vacaciones, utiliza tus d\u00edas de acumulados o solicita un permiso especial; cualquier medida que te permita alejarte de la situaci\u00f3n. Aproveche este tiempo libre para recargar energ\u00edas y obtener una nueva perspectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo los l\u00edderes pueden aliviar el estr\u00e9s laboral<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los empleados que experimentan estr\u00e9s laboral pueden experimentar una disminuci\u00f3n en la productividad, ausentismo laboral y una mayor rotaci\u00f3n de personal. A diferencia, como gerente o supervisor, puedes contribuir a reducir el estr\u00e9s de tu equipo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>S\u00e9 un ejemplo positivo:<\/strong>  Si demuestras calma en situaciones estresantes. Ser\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil para tu equipo de trabajo hacer lo mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Conversa con tu equipo:<\/strong> Platica sobre los factores espec\u00edficos que generan estr\u00e9s en tu trabajo. Algunos aspectos como: escasez de personal o falta de retroalimentaci\u00f3n del supervisor, pueden abordarse f\u00e1cilmente. Compartir informaci\u00f3n con los empleados tambi\u00e9n puede disminuir la incertidumbre sobre sus labores y su futuro en la empresa.
